Grasshopper Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box yellow or lemon cake mix
4 eggs
1/4 c. green creme de menthe
1 (6 oz.) pkg. small chocolate chips
1 (4 oz.) pkg. instant pistachio pudding
1 c. sour cream (lo-cal okay)
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1 c. 4x sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. boiling water or more if needed
Preparation

Beat ingredients together.
Stir in the chocolate chips.
Put in a greased and floured Bundt pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
Cool in the pan for 15 minutes.
Remove and frost when cool.
The following glaze works well.
