Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice (regular)
    3/4 c. stick margarine
    2 c. water plus 1 can
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 chicken or pieces
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
    1 can mushrooms (stems and pieces)
Preparation
    Place rice, onion soup mix, water and soups in dish.
    Mix until moist.
    Place chicken on top of mixture.
    Cover and let bake for 1 hour in 350\u00b0 oven.
