Olympic Seoul Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. white vinegar
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. honey
    1/4 tsp. powdered ginger
    2 Tbsp. peanut oil
    8 fryer chicken thighs, skinned
    8 cloves garlic, coarsely chopped
    1 tsp. crushed red pepper
    1/4 c. green onions, chopped
Preparation
    In a small bowl, mix together vinegar, soy sauce, honey and ginger; set aside.
