Better Than Sex Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 yellow cake mix
1 (19 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 c. sugar
1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
milk for pudding
1/2 c. slivered almonds
12 oz. Cool Whip
flaked coconut

Preparation

Make cake according to package.
Put in 9 x 13-inch pan. While cake bakes, put pineapple and sugar in saucepan.
Bring to boil and boil gently until it thickens a little, about 5 minutes. When cake is baked, immediately pour pineapple mixture over cake. Make up vanilla pudding according to package directions.
Cool cake.
