Green Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. Boston butt, chopped like stew meat
    3 small cans chopped green chiles
    2 medium onions
    3 jalapeno peppers, seeds out
    4 fresh garlic bulbs
Preparation
    Put meat in large pot.
    Add other ingredients.
    Cover and cook slowly for 1 1/2 to 2 hours (until meat looks done, no longer pink).
    Remove lid and cook juice away.
    Serve on flour or corn tortillas with your favorite taco toppings.
