Fruit Juice Jelly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. unsweetened apple, grape, orange or pineapple juice or cranberry juice cocktail (not low calorie)
    1 to 1 3/4 oz. pkg. powdered fruit pectin
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    4 1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    In an 8 to 10-quart kettle, combine juice, pectin and lemon juice.
    Bring to a full rolling boil (a boil that cannot be stirred down).
    Stir in sugar.
    Return to a full rolling boil.
