Diabetic Cranberry-Orange Relish - cooking recipe

2 c. cranberries
1 orange
2 Tbsp. Sucaryl or 48 crushed tablets
Preparation

Wash and sort berries.
Remove seeds from oranges.
Put both through the fine blade of a food chopper.
Blend in sweetener. Chill well before serving.
Makes 8 servings, 22 calories or 1/2 diabetic fruit exchange.
