Lo-Cal Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. chicken pieces, cut up
    1 3/4 oz. envelope au jus gravy mix
    1 small can tomatoes
    1 (3 oz.) can mushrooms, undrained
    1/4 c. sherry
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
Preparation
    Remove skin from chicken. Arrange in casserole dish.
    Stir all ingredients together.
    Spoon over the chicken.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
