Cream Of Chicken Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. light cream
3 c. chicken broth
1 1/2 c. finely chopped, cooked chicken
dash of pepper
Preparation

In a large saucepan, melt butter and blend in flour.
Stir in milk, cream and broth.
Cook and stir until mixture is slightly thickened and bubbly; reduce heat.
Stir in chicken and pepper; heat through.
Garnish with snipped chives and parsley, if desired.
