Shrimp And Spinach Pasta - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) pkg. spinach linguine
3 to 4 lb. shrimp
1 c. butter
2 cans mushroom soup
2 c. mayonnaise
2 c. sour cream
2 Tbsp. chopped chives
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
8 Tbsp. dry sherry
1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Cook pasta according to package directions.
Line two 13 x 9-inch baking dishes with pasta.
Saute shrimp in butter for 5 minutes. Cover pasta with shrimp. Combine soup, mayonnaise, sour cream, chives, mustard and sherry.
Pour sauce over shrimp and sprinkle with cheese.
Bake for 30 minutes. Makes 10 to 12 servings.
