Tea Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    1 c. oil
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. powdered sugar
    2 eggs
    5 c. plus 4 Tbsp. plain flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cream of tartar
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Make into walnut size balls.
    Mash flat with glass dipped in sugar.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 8 minutes.
