One Skillet Spicy Chicken 'N Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. seasoned salt
    6 to 8 chicken pieces, skinned
    2 Tbsp. regular oil
    2 cans whole peeled tomatoes
    1 pkg. taco spices and seasoning
    1 c. thinly sliced celery
    1 c. long grain rice
    1/2 c. chopped onion
Preparation
    Combine flour and seasoned salt in plastic bag.
    Add chicken. Shake to coat well.
    In large skillet, brown chicken in oil. Continue cooking, uncovered, over low heat for 15 minutes.
    Add remaining ingredients and blend well.
    Bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat.
    Cover and simmer 20 minutes or until liquid is absorbed and chicken is cooked through.
