Garden Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 ears corn
    1 pt. cucumbers
    1 pt. onions
    1 pt. vinegar
    1 pt. sugar
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 qt. ripe, sliced tomatoes
    3 green peppers, cut fine
    1 tsp. turmeric
    2 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
    Cut corn off raw.
    Mix vinegar, sugar, celery seed, turmeric and salt.
    Mix together with the vegetables and cook for 1 hour. A big kettle makes one batch.
    Makes about 5 pints.
