Brown Rice And Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 pork chops
    2 cans beef consomme
    1 stick butter
    1 c. rice
Preparation
    Brown pork chops in small amount of oil.
    Drain.
    In a medium boiler, melt butter; add rice, stirring constantly.
    Cook rice until it starts to brown.
    Pour into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Add beef consomme.
    Place pork chops on top of rice.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until all liquid is absorbed and rice is tender.
