Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. finely grated carrots
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. oil
    4 eggs
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1/2 stick butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 box powdered sugar
Preparation
    Thoroughly blend sugar and oil; add eggs, one at a time.
    Mix together dry ingredients and gradually add to mixture.
    Stir in grated carrots and nuts.
    Pour into 3 greased 8-inch pans or two 9-inch pans.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
