Japanese Fruit Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter, melted
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. coconut
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/2 c. pecans
    juice of 1 lemon
Preparation
    Mix ingredients together and pour into an uncooked deep dish pie crust.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between center and outside comes out clean (at times I have cooked pie for 1 hour).
    May be poured into 2 smaller pie crusts and cooking time adjusted accordingly.
