Onion Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. saltines, crushed
1/4 c. melted margarine
2 c. sliced onions
1 Tbsp. margarine
2 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. milk
1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
paprika
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Mix crackers and margarine together and press into a 9-inch pie plate.
Saute onions in margarine until transparent.
Place onions in pie plate.
Mix eggs, milk, salt and pepper together and pour over onions.
Sprinkle pie with freshly grated sharp Cheddar cheese.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
