Sauteed Spinach - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 onion, chopped
    1 lb. spinach, coarsely chopped
    1/4 c. chopped walnuts, toasted
    1/2 c. raisins
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Heat oil and butter in skillet.
    Saute onion for 2 minutes. Add spinach and cook until just wilted.
    Add raisins and walnuts and toss altogether.
