Rhubarb Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. boiling water
    1/3 c. Minute tapioca
    1 1/3 c. sugar
    pinch of salt
    3 c. rhubarb
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except butter and vanilla.
    Cook 25 to 30 minutes on medium heat, stirring occasionally.
    Add butter and vanilla.
    Serve cold with cream or whipped cream.
