Jelly Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 egg yolks
    4 egg whites
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Beat egg whites until frothy.
    Gradually add 2/3 cup sugar; beat until stiff.
    Fold yolks, then dry ingredients, into egg whites.
    Spread evenly on dusted sheet.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 12 minutes.
    When done, turn out on a moistened and floured paper towel and roll.
    When cool, unroll.
    Discard towel and fill with desired filling.
