Hummus - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (20 oz.) can chickpeas, drained
1/4 c. cold water
1/4 c. fresh lemon juice
1/4 c. tahini (sesame seed paste)
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika (optional)
Preparation

Combine drained chickpeas, water, lemon juice, tahini, garlic, salt and paprika.
Beat in electric mixer bowl or food processor until smooth.
Serve with pita bread.
Yield: 2 cups.
