Chicken Wings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. wings or drummettes
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1/2 c.honey
    1/2 c. ketchup
    1 can beef broth
    1 tsp. ginger
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1 Tbsp. scotch, brandy or whiskey
Preparation
    Mix soy sauce, honey, ketchup, broth, ginger, garlic powder and liquor and pour over chicken in a roasting pan.
    Bake for 1 hour at 400\u00b0.
    Turn and baste periodically.
