Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen spinach or 2 bunches fresh spinach, torn into bite size pieces
    1 can water chestnuts (8 oz.), drained
    4 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
    8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
    1 c. vegetable oil
    2/3 c. sugar
    1/3 c. lemon juice
    1/3 c. catsup
    1 small to medium onion
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Blend until all is smooth (makes about 2 cups).
    Leftover dressing can be left in refrigerator.
