Ground Turkey Meat Loaf(Low Cholesterol For Diabetics) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground turkey*
    1/2 cube margarine (salt free) or 2 Tbsp. Puritan oil
    1 c. bread crumbs or oatmeal, bran or cornflakes
    3 eggs
    3/4 c. onions or leeks, chopped fine
    3/4 c. celery, chopped fine
    1 tsp. salt or salt substitute or omit salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 can tomato sauce (keep rest of sauce to pour on top of loaf)
    1/2 tsp. sage or curry powder if you like spicy food
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    You can substitute other sauces or mushroom soup (use 1/2 cup or can).
