Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 strips bacon
    3 c. diced potatoes
    1 c. diced celery
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    2 c. hot water
    1 can evaporated milk
    2 Tbsp. oleo
    instant potatoes
Preparation
    Fry bacon in pan you want to make soup in.
    Remove bacon and fat.
    Add all ingredients except instant potatoes and evaporated milk.
    Cook until vegetables are tender.
    Crumble bacon in.
    Add evaporated milk, then add enough instant potatoes to desired thickness.
