Cabbage Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large head large-leaf cabbage
    1 chopped onion
    2 or 3 lb. hamburger
    1 1/2 c. cooked Minute rice
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Steam cabbage head in a large pot until tender; core cabbage and separate leaves.
    Mix hamburger, rice, onion, salt and pepper to taste.
    Place a handful of hamburger on each cabbage leaf and roll leaf around meat.
    Place cabbage rolls in large roaster and top with tomato sauce.
    Bake in moderate oven, covered, for about 1 hour, or until tender.
