Pork Chop Quickie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 pork chops, trimmed
garlic salt to taste
6 slices butter
buttered pancake syrup
Preparation

Place chops in greased casserole dish.
Sprinkle generously with garlic salt.
Top each chop with butter and cover with syrup. Add small amount of water to prevent burning.
Bake at 325\u00b0 until golden brown and tender, about 1 hour. Serves 4 to 6.
