Swedish Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cabbage, chopped
    1 onion
    1 bell pepper
    1 c. vinegar
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. turmeric
    1 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Combine cabbage, onion and bell pepper.
    Boil vinegar, sugar, turmeric and dry mustard for 1 minute.
    Pour over cabbage mix. Keeps up to 1 to 2 weeks in covered dish in refrigerator.
