Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (5 lb.) bag potatoes
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    2 tsp. salt
    1 clove garlic
    chives
Preparation
    Boil peeled potatoes, whip and add remaining ingredients.
    Dot with butter. Do not add milk. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
