Mashed Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 medium potatoes, peeled, cooked and mashed
1 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c. margarine
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Mash potatoes in large bowl.
Add cream cheese in small pieces.
Add butter and beat until melted.
Mix in sour cream. Add eggs to milk, then add to potato mixture with salt to taste. Beat well until light and fluffy.
