Stuffed Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 (16 oz.) jar brown gravy
1 box Stove Top stuffing
2 eggs
1/2 c. plain breadcrumbs
1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
Preparation

Cook stuffing as directed by package.
In bowl, mix together beef, soup mix, eggs and breadcrumbs.
Form meat mixture into 4 large balls.
Place large meatballs in ungreased shallow baking dish, approximate size 8 x 8-inch.
With fingers, push down center of meatballs to form 4 separate nest shaped balls.
Evenly fill center of meatballs with stuffing.
Pour gravy over meatballs, cover pan and bake one hour at 350\u00b0.
Spoon off excess fat.
Serve with mashed potatoes and your favorite vegetable.
Serves 4.
