Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 pork chops
6 potatoes, sliced
1 envelope onion soup mix
3 c. hot water
Preparation

Brown pork chops for about 3 minutes on each side.
Place about 2-inches of potatoes on bottom of dish.
Then place pork chops on top of potatoes.
Mix soup mix with hot water, then pour over pork chops and potatoes.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes, covered. Remove cover and bake 10 more minutes.
