Chicken Pilaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 c. rice
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    3 chicken bouillon cubes
    2 c. water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    6 to 8 pieces chicken, skinned
Preparation
    Brown salted chicken pieces in butter.
    Put aside.
    Add rice to butter and saute until a light brown color.
    Add water, onions and bouillon cubes.
    Bring to a boil, stirring to dissolve bouillon cubes.
    Stir in salt.
    Pour mixture into a 2-quart casserole dish and top with the browned chicken.
    Cover and cook for 50 minutes at 375\u00b0.
