Chicken And Rice(Casserole) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cut up chicken or its equivalent
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can French onion soup
    1 can sliced mushrooms (optional)
    1 1/2 c. converted rice
    1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
Preparation
    In a mixing bowl, stir together mushroom soup, French onion soup, mushrooms, rice and onion soup mix, along with 2 cans of water.
    (Use the empty soup cans for measuring water.)
    Pour mixture into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Arrange chicken on top of mixture. Cover with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 hours.
    Foil may be removed during the last 1/2 hour so chicken can brown.
