Swiss Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. flour
1/4 c. butter
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. chopped onion
3 c. skim milk
1 (10 oz.) can condensed chicken broth
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
Preparation

Cook broccoli; drain off water. Melt butter in 3-quart saucepan; add flour and cook until well blended. Add pepper, garlic powder, salt and onions. Add milk and chicken broth; bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil and stir 1 minute. Stir in cooked broccoli. Reduce heat and add cheese gradually over low heat until cheese is melted.
