Melon Bubbles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Jell-O (any flavor)
    3/4 c. boiling water
    1/2 c. cold water
    1 c. melon balls (cantaloupe, honeydew or watermelon)
    ice cubes
Preparation
    Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water.
    Combine cold water and ice cubes to make 1/4 cup.
    Add to gelatin, stirring until slightly thickened.
    Remove any unmelted ice.
    Measure 1 1/3 cups Jell-O into a small bowl; add melon.
    Pour into individual dessert glasses.
    Whip remaining Jell-O at high speed with electric mixer until fluffy, thick and about doubled in volume.
    Spoon over Jell-O in glasses.
    Chill 2 hours.
    Garnish with additional melon balls.
    Makes 6 to 8 (1/2 cup) servings.
