Sunkist Lemon Icebox Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small can evaporated milk
1/3 c. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. grated lemon peel
Spiced Crumbs (recipe follows)
2 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
Preparation

Pour milk into ice cube tray and chill until crystals start to form.
Separate eggs.
Mix yolks with sugar, juice and peel.
Beat egg whites stiff, then lightly mix in yolk mixture.
Turn chilled milk into bowl.
Beat stiff; carefully fold into egg mixture.
Pour into ice cube tray lined with Spiced Crumbs.
Decorate top with lemon peel twist and freeze.
