Stir-Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 chicken breasts
    1 large yellow pepper
    1 large green pepper
    2 small tomatoes
    1 (15 1/4 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, reserve juice
    1 (16 oz.) bag frozen mixed vegetables
    4 cloves garlic
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    salt to taste
    1/4 tsp. onion powder
    2 tsp. cooking oil
Preparation
    Debone, skin and cut chicken breasts in chunks.
    Seed and chunk peppers and quarter tomatoes.
