Pastichio With Crema Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    8 Tbsp. flour
    4 c. milk
    4 to 6 egg yolks
Preparation
    Melt butter; add flour and stir until slightly brown.
    Add milk gradually, stirring constantly until slightly thickened. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
    Spread Crema evenly over macaroni.
    Sprinkle with grated cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
    Cream sauce should be thick enough to form a top layer. Thin sauce will seep through macaroni.
    Makes 12 servings.
