Country Style Chicken Kiev - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. butter
    1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    1 tsp. basil
    1 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 chicken breasts, split (about 1 1/2 lb.) or thighs (4 or 5)
    1/4 c. white wine or apple juice
    1/4 c. chopped green onion
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Melt butter.
    Combine crumbs, cheese, basil, oregano and garlic salt.
    Dip chicken in melted butter, then crumb mixture. Place in ungreased pan and bake 50-60 minutes.
    Add green onion and parsley to rest of butter and pour over chicken.
    Bake 3-5 minutes longer.
