Ritz Cracker Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 egg whites
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
14 Ritz crackers
1/2 pt. whipping cream
grated chocolate
2/3 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Beat egg whites until foamy; add 1/2 teaspoon baking powder and beat until stiff.
Slowly add 1 cup sugar, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla and 2/3 cup nuts.
Fold in 14 crackers.
Put in well-greased 9-inch pie pan and bake for 30 minutes at 325\u00b0.
Cool for 2 hours.
Cover pie with whipped cream; sprinkle with grated chocolate.
Chill 1 hour.
