Broccoli And Cheese Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box lasagna
    1 large pkg. frozen broccoli
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. small curd cottage cheese
    1 (12 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese (3 c.)
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 egg
    1 pinch of each: salt, pepper, garlic and oregano
Preparation
    Steam or boil broccoli until tender; drain.
    Cook lasagna as directed on box.
    Drain; let sit in cool water (this helps it not to stick together).
    In a 9 x 13-inch baking pan, add 1/2 cup of water.
    Put a layer of pasta on bottom of pan.
    Mix together the cottage cheese, 2 cups Mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, eggs and spices in a large mixing bowl.
    Spread some of this cheese mixture over lasagna and then lay broccoli over that.
    Continue to layer pasta, cheese mixture and broccoli, until completed.
    Top with leftover Mozzarella cheese; cover with foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
    Cool for 15 minutes.
    Serve.
