Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. cream cheese
3 eggs
2/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. sour cream
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Beat cream cheese, eggs, 2/3 cup sugar and almond extract until smooth.
Pour into greased spring-form pan or 9 or 10-inch pie plate.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 25 minutes.
