Smoked Beef Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 lb. brisket of beef
    3/4 (14 oz.) bottle liquid smoke
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    2 cans beef consomme
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Marinate 12 hours.
    Bake for 6 hours at 300\u00b0.
    Cool; remove from oven.
    Remove fat and slice.
    Leave in broth.
