Oven Barbecued Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. round or chuck steak
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 dashes bottled hot pepper sauce (Texas Pete)
    1 medium onion, sliced
    1/3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Combine flour, salt and pepper.
    Coat meat with mixture. Brown slowly on both sides in cooking oil.
    Drain.
    Place in baking dish or Dutch oven.
    Combine tomato sauce, sugar, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce and hot sauce.
    Pour over steak.
    Add onion slices.
    Bake, covered, for 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0 or until meat is tender.
