Shrimp And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. uncooked rice
    6 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 small can mushrooms
    2 1/2 c. chicken stock or bouillon
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    2 lb. shrimp
Preparation
    Set temperature control on electric skillet at 300\u00b0.
    Melt butter; add salt, pepper, onion and rice.
    Stir frequently until rice is golden brown.
    Add mushrooms, hot stock, parsley, thyme, lemon juice and shrimp; cover, reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes until rice is tender.
