Poor Man'S Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 sticks margarine, preferably Parkay
2 3/4 c. sugar
6 eggs, one at a time
3 1/2 c. plain flour
1 c. (1%) milk or low-fat buttermilk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. rum flavoring
Preparation

Beat margarine and sugar to look like whipped cream.
Add one egg at a time, beating 1 minute after each.
Add flour and milk alternately.
Add flavorings. Bake in one cake tin at 300\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours or 2 small loaf pans for approximately 1 hour.
Don't overcook.
