Easy Chicken Nuggets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless chicken
    6 oz. Ritz crackers
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0. Cut chicken into bite-size pieces and coat with mayonnaise. Grind crackers into fine crumbs and place in a large Baggie. Add coated chicken and shake until all pieces are well coated. Put chicken into baking dish and bake at 400\u00b0 for 1/2 hour. Serves 4.
