Microwave Chicken Breast With Mushroom Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    1 c. sliced mushrooms
    2 Tbsp. sliced green onion
    1 c. milk
    4 unbreaded chicken breast fillets, thawed or frozen
    6 oz. cream cheese, cubed
    1 tsp. chicken soup base
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    pasta or rice (if desired)
Preparation
    In glass baking dish, microwave 2 tablespoons margarine, mushrooms and green onion for 3 to 4 minutes.
    Stir halfway through cooking time.
    Add milk, cream cheese, chicken soup base, salt and pepper.
    Cook 2 minutes.
    Stir until smooth and cook 1 minute longer; set aside.
