Scalloped Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
2 c. sliced cooked mushrooms
1 c. cream
4 eggs
2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
4 Tbsp. melted butter
salt
pepper
paprika
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation
-
Make a cream sauce by adding 2 tablespoons flour to the melted butter.
Add cream and sour cream.
Blend with mushrooms, cheese, eggs, bread crumbs, seasonings and onion.
